With the expanded knockout format of 32 teams advancing past the group stage, winning the group has become more important than ever.
Cape Verde shocked the world as it forced a 0-0 draw against powerhouse Spain on Monday.
Entering the match, Spain was the massive favorite at -1500, but ultimately, after Cape Verde's goalie Vozinha put the nation on his back with seven saves, the draw cashed in at a huge price of +1300.
As a result of this stunner, Cape Verde's odds to win Group H have skyrocketed from +7000 to +1700.
What once seemed like a fever dream now looks like it could become somewhat of a reality.
Meanwhile, Spain's odds to win the group have dropped from -475 to -280 as all four nations in Group H are tied at the top after matchday 1.
