FIFA is bringing those moments to the forefront with 'Letters That Unite', beginning with goalkeeper Alisson, who received some moving words from his brother, Muriel.
Among the messages shared was an instruction to, “live our dream, enjoy it, lead".
"Everything you have been through has prepared you for this moment," added Muriel. "And know that I will always be with you, even if it is only by watching your match from thousands of miles away, eating a few sweets.”
