The knockout stage never disappoints, and it doesn't appear like it will at the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
With its 2-1 upset win over Brazil, Norway has advanced to the quarterfinals of the World Cup for the first time ever.
It will await the winner of Mexico and England in Miami on July 11.
Behind Erling Haaland's third brace of the tournament so far, Norway has surged from +4000 to +1400 to win the World Cup.
Norway now sits tied for the fifth-best odds to lift the trophy with Portugal, only trailing France, Argentina, Spain and England.
Let's dive into the full odds via FanDuel Sportsbook as of July 5.

France is outscoring opponents 14-2 so far this tournament, and all three of its superstars — Kylian Mbappé, Ousmane Dembélé and Michael Olise — have already made their marks.
Morocco is next for France in the quarterfinals.
Meanwhile, Argentina narrowly avoided one of the biggest upsets in tournament history on Friday against Cape Verde.
Entering the match, Cape Verde was ranked 67th in the FIFA World Rankings, while Argentina sat first.
The 66-place gap would have been the biggest knockout-stage upset by FIFA ranking since the rankings were introduced.
Argentina will face Egypt on Tuesday in the Round of 16.
Potential Paths: In a bracket-style tournament like the World Cup, some of it comes down to who you are and some of it comes down to who you face.
Assuming it continues its dominance, France's path to the semifinals would require a win over Morocco.
It opened as a -390 favorite for that quarterfinal tilt.
For Argentina, for it to make it to the semifinals, it would now need to beat Egypt, and then the winner of Switzerland vs.
Argentina will be favored heavily in any of those potential matches as well.
In terms of the USA, after its Round of 32 win over Bosnia and Herzegovina, it will need wins over Belgium and potentially Spain to make the semis, where it would presumably face France.
