Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using BullNeo. These Terms govern your access to and use of our platform.
By accessing or using BullNeo ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use BullNeo. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
To access certain features you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at bullneo.support@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorised access. Once signed in, your session stays active for up to 30 days and automatically refreshes while you keep using the Service; after a period of inactivity you may be asked to sign in again.
BullPoints are virtual points earned through activity on the platform. They have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the BullPoints programme at any time without liability. Points are non-transferable and will be forfeited if your account is suspended or terminated.
You agree not to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) post harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene content; (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service; (d) use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or interact with the Service; (e) impersonate any person or entity; or (f) engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service.
All content, trademarks, logos, and software on BullNeo are the property of BullNeo or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
By posting content on BullNeo (such as feed posts or comments) you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Service. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you post, and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
The Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party services (e.g. Google Sign-In). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those services. Your interactions with third parties are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BULLNEO AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction, as applicable.
